About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Operations & Local Support specialist to join our team in Yerevan. The role involves hands‑on coordination across multiple projects, communication with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring that operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule business meetings and appointments.
• Translate and facilitate communication between Armenian/Russian‑speaking contacts and internal teams.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, suppliers, service providers, and business partners.
• Contact potential buyers and suppliers, and follow up on quotations, orders, documents, meetings, and agreements.
• Support supplier sourcing, procurement activities, and local market research.
• Handle administrative matters, maintain organized records, and visit suppliers or offices when required.
• Identify operational problems and propose practical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Armenian speaker.
• Professional working proficiency in English (required).
• Strong Russian language skills (preferred).
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with businesses.
• Excellent follow‑up and task‑management abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Quick learner, able to work independently on unfamiliar subjects.
