Business Process Manager

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Business Process Manager to lead the analysis, redesign, and continuous improvement of its core business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that new processes align with strategic objectives and are efficiently implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization opportunities.
• Design, document, and model new processes using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.
• Lead implementation projects, defining roles, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with IT to integrate automation solutions and support system changes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive adoption across teams.
• Monitor process performance, develop KPIs, and generate regular reports.
• Manage change initiatives, communicate updates, and address stakeholder concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Armenian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or PMP are advantageous.

Required skills

• Process modeling and diagramming (BPMN, Visio).
