Chef Trainer

About the role

AMTJ LLC is seeking a Chef Trainer to ensure consistent culinary quality across all its locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong kitchen experience with a keen eye for detail, helping to maintain high food standards while developing the skills of kitchen teams.

Key responsibilities

• Visit branches on a scheduled basis to verify compliance with food preparation technologies, recipes, portion sizes, and raw material handling.
• Conduct kitchen process audits, checking hygiene, safety practices, equipment usage, and adherence to established standards.
• Provide on‑site practical training, organize workshops and masterclasses, and support the rollout of new dishes and recipes.
• Identify deviations, analyse root causes, recommend corrective actions, and monitor the effectiveness of improvements.
• Complete checklists after each visit, document issues, highlight strengths, record risks, and submit detailed reports to the manager.

Required profile

• Professional experience in the culinary field with solid knowledge of food preparation technologies and kitchen operations.
• Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot deviations.
• Effective communication and training skills for kitchen staff.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose problems and propose practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel regularly to company branches.
