About the role

The Digital Technologies and Platforms Expert will support the Business Unit by enhancing digital knowledge, driving adoption of new platform functionalities, and ensuring smooth operation of existing digital tools. This role involves training colleagues, collaborating on new implementations, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digital knowledge of existing platforms within the Business Unit.
• Explore and promote new functionalities and features of digital platforms.
• Provide training and up‑skill other departments on digital tools.
• Assist with the implementation of new digital platforms and partner with relevant teams.
• Support issue resolution for digital platforms.
• Create reports, adjust procedures, and help establish digital policies.
• Execute tasks and routines assigned by the department manager.

Required profile

• Familiarity with digital platforms, technologies, and applications.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Experience delivering interactive trainings.
• Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Detail‑oriented mindset.
• Understanding of automation and digitalisation concepts is a plus.
