Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food and Beverage Manager at SIA Resort & SPA is responsible for overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets in Tsaghkadzor, ensuring high service quality, hygiene standards, and a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule staff across restaurant, bar and lounge areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships and control costs.
• Plan menus and promotions in collaboration with leadership.
• Analyze sales data to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food service operations, preferably in a resort, hotel or spa.
• Leadership experience with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tsaghkadzor with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Effective verbal and written communication in relevant local and business languages.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage standards and best practices.
• Customer service expertise, including handling guest inquiries and issue resolution.
• Experience in staff training, onboarding and performance coaching.
• Budgeting and cost‑control capabilities.
