Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Solutions Architect

About the role

Provectus is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to design and deliver production‑grade Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients in financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences. You will work side‑by‑side with senior executives and client teams, translating real‑world workflows into AI‑driven business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Forward Deployed Executive and client leadership to understand and redesign critical business functions.
• Build, ship, and optimize cloud‑native GenAI systems, including LLM‑based and agentic AI solutions.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and create evaluation harnesses that drive design decisions.
• Write production‑grade code across AI models, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Deploy solutions on AWS (or GCP/Azure as required) using containerisation, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Transfer ownership of the solution to the client, ensuring maintainability and measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional comfortable embedding with client teams and owning end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset to map workflows, identify underlying problems, and define success metrics.
• Track record of delivering AI solutions that move business KPIs, not just project deliverables.

• Python programming
• AWS cloud services (experience with GCP or Azure is a plus)
