Head of Administration & Operations

About the role

Creedroomz is seeking a Head of Administration & Operations to work directly with the CEO, overseeing daily operations and leading key administrative and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Lead procurement activities and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Oversee construction, renovation and property‑related projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and deliverables are met.
• Supervise warehouse, inventory and company assets.
• Review supplier agreements and commercial contracts from an operational perspective.
• Prepare budgets, reports, comparisons and recommendations for senior management.
• Proactively identify problems and ensure tasks are completed from start to finish.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, administration, procurement or project management.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience with construction, procurement or property projects is a plus.
• Good understanding of budgets, quotations and contracts.
• High level of ownership, responsibility and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in Armenian and English; Russian is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Armenia as needed.
