Head of AI GTM

About the role

SoftConstruct is expanding its AI Center of Excellence and is looking for a Head of AI GTM to turn AI capabilities into commercial wins. You will lead the go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑powered solutions, linking the AI CoE, commercial teams and B2B partners to drive adoption and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end‑to‑end GTM strategy for AI products, including positioning, commercialization and scaling.
• Define target segments, priority markets and focus areas for SoftConstruct AI solutions.
• Develop and evolve product value propositions aligned with market needs.
• Enable Sales and Pre‑Sales teams, driving pipeline growth, conversion and consistent messaging.
• Establish feedback loops from clients and commercial teams to inform the AI CoE roadmap.
• Design product packaging and pricing strategies based on demand and competition.
• Track key performance metrics such as product adoption and deal velocity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in GTM, strategy, business development or commercial roles with exposure to AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives across Sales, Solutions/Pre‑Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Track record of launching and scaling products, including positioning and sales enablement.
• Understanding of AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn prediction, personalization, recommendations) and their commercial impact.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
