Head of International Logistics Division

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced and proactive Head of International Logistics Division to manage international freight transportation operations, ensure the efficient performance of the team and support the continuous development of logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the logistics team.
• Develop and optimize logistics processes.
• Manage the full operational cycle of LTL / groupage transportation from Europe to Armenia.
• Organize and oversee cooperation with international partners, carriers, agents and warehouses.
• Prepare transportation calculations, quotations and process inquiries.
• Review and monitor transport and customs documentation (CMR, AWB, BL, invoice, packing list, EX1/T1, etc.).
• Resolve customs procedures, delays and operational issues.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, customs and other parties involved in the logistics process.
• Monitor transportation efficiency, costs and profitability.

Required profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry.
• University degree.
• Hands-on experience managing LTL / groupage transportation from Europe to Armenia is a must.
• Experience working with European partners and warehouse networks.
• Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English.

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Incoterms.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and international customs clearance procedures.
• Understanding of road transportation and cargo consolidation processes.
• Analytical thinking, quick reaction and strong problem-solving skills.
