IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Tashir Arena is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join its team. The role covers the full range of IT infrastructure for the arena and its associated facilities, including networks, servers, video surveillance, access control, hotel systems, ticketing and digital signage.

Key responsibilities

• Network infrastructure: configure and administer Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco Firepower firewalls, MikroTik routers, VLANs, routing and switching, and Ubiquiti UniFi Wi-Fi; troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Server infrastructure and virtualization: manage physical and virtual servers, VMware ESXi/vSphere, Windows Server and Linux, VMs, performance monitoring, backups and migrations.
• Video surveillance and access control: administer Hikvision/HikCentral systems, NVRs, IP cameras, access-control systems, Face ID terminals and turnstiles, and support employee attendance systems.
• Hotel IT: support the hotel infrastructure, Shelter PMS and related hotel systems, LAN and Wi-Fi, and IP telephony and workstations.
• Ticketing, POS and payments: support the Kinoplan/Premier ticketing system, ticket scanners, POS terminals, fiscal equipment and payment systems, and troubleshoot issues during events.
• Digital signage and LED infrastructure: support screens and media players such as SmartPlayer.
• Mail and domain infrastructure: manage corporate email, DNS and domains via Cloudflare, and monitor, back up and maintain critical services.
• User support: provide technical support to employees, install workstations and peripherals, and coordinate with vendors and integrators.
