About the role

We are a technology‑driven startup operating in Armenia, focused on developing community spaces and advancing ecological initiatives. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will support dynamic project execution, track deadlines, document meeting outcomes, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Record updates and deadlines discussed in meetings and chats, and enter them into a shared document.
• Monitor progress against the project roadmap and flag any deviations.
• Promote regular team meetings and the use of a task‑tracking system.
• Document changes in task priorities and assist in aligning cross‑functional work.
• Coordinate with external contractors regarding deliverables, contract timelines, and proposals.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in economics or engineering.
• At least two years of relevant experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, or similar role.
• Honesty, diligence, and a systematic approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong ability to process large amounts of information, structure data, and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Advanced use of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with task‑tracking tools.
