Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to design and execute the marketing strategy for a brand operating in business education, consulting and AI automation. The role is hybrid and full‑time, reporting to the brand’s marketing lead and collaborating with sales, education and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Promote educational programs, master‑classes and services through various channels.
• Create content ideas for social media, website and advertising campaigns.
• Write and adapt marketing copy for different audiences.
• Edit and shorten email communications.
• Coordinate the production of visuals, reels and ad materials.
• Manage advertising campaigns in Meta Business Manager.
• Organise website content updates.
• Conduct research on target audiences, market trends and competitors.
• Prepare short performance reports.

Required profile

• Education or knowledge in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, SMM or content creation.
• Strong marketing mindset and a sense of brand aesthetics.
• Fluent written and spoken Armenian.
• Ability to craft clear messages for different audience segments.
• Good planning, organisational and follow‑through skills.
