About the role

Jan Armenia Tours & Travel is looking for an experienced Inbound Tour Manager to lead the sales of tour packages. The role focuses on expanding the client base, building strong relationships with corporate and agency partners, and driving revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and promote the sale of tour packages.
• Conduct cold calls and attract new partners.
• Maintain and develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate and sign agreements, and monitor their implementation.
• Identify and secure new collaborations to expand the client portfolio.
• Analyse market trends and propose suitable products and solutions.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints and feedback, ensuring high service standards.
• Track sales targets, manage resources and report on performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, accounting and marketing departments to ensure process compliance.
• Prepare regular reports as required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in inbound tourism sales.
• Higher education, preferably in economics or tourism.
• Proficiency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, sales orientation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft Word.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
