Operations Builder – Armenia

About the role

Alan is looking for an Operations Builder to join its fast‑growing Ops team in Armenia. You will help design, automate and scale the processes that deliver the company’s prevention‑focused insurance and health services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic projects such as automating reimbursement‑request parsing and other insurance workflows.
• Industrialise operational processes to achieve operational excellence and support rapid product diversification.
• Set up efficient monitoring and reporting systems to track performance, cost optimisation and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Care and other cross‑functional teams to align operations with the company’s vision.
• Contribute an Ops perspective to strategic planning and help shape the future of the platform.

Required profile

• Proven track record in scaling operations, preferably in insurance, fintech or health‑care environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and the ability to disrupt traditional processes.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting and handling ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with multiple departments.
