Partnership Manager

About the role

Kiss Gaming is looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager to drive strategic collaborations within the iGaming sector. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing high‑impact partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential strategic partners, primarily in the iGaming industry.
• Negotiate, establish and oversee partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships, addressing issues and maintaining alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance and Legal teams to integrate partnership initiatives across the organization.
• Communicate with partners using approved company channels and monitor partnership performance through regular reviews.
• Promote Kiss Gaming’s services and products to existing and prospective clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
