Project Manager / Team Leader – e-Government Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager / Team Leader to join an international e‑Government implementation project for the public sector in Armenia. The role combines project coordination, user training, and quality assurance, with regular on‑site presence at the client’s premises.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project operations and monitor progress.
• Train client’s nodal users on the delivered e‑Government software solution.
• Provide train‑the‑trainer sessions to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Perform quality assurance on Armenian and Russian versions of deliverable documents.
• Report project status and issues to the Contract Manager.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in IT system implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Armenian or Russian (native preferred).
