Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Manager to support our global sales organization. You will own CRM administration, ensure data quality, produce reliable sales reporting, and enable the sales team with the tools and information they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer Zoho CRM, guaranteeing accurate opportunity stages, pipeline updates, and consistent use of sales processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and management reports on leads, opportunities, closed‑won deals, pipeline value and sales‑rep performance.
• Calculate and monitor commercial metrics such as CLTV/LTV, CAC and conversion rates, and support forecasting and board‑level reporting.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, product information, pricing/SKU documentation) in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
• Onboard new sales managers on CRM usage, internal processes and documentation.
• Coordinate the lead generation team, assign tasks, monitor outbound activity, and ensure inbound leads are properly processed and tracked.
• Identify reporting gaps, improve CRM workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance lead generation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement or a similar commercial operations role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with CRM systems; Zoho CRM experience is a significant advantage.
• Confidence working with sales data, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels, pipeline management and key metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
• Ability to organize information, document processes and turn complex inputs into clear, useful materials.
