Sales & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Talent Rise Recruitment is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Specialist to generate new business opportunities and build lasting partnerships across the IT, Finance, Banking, and Investment sectors. You will identify potential partners, engage decision‑makers, and convert conversations into long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business partners in IT, Finance, Banking, and Investment.
• Reach out to decision‑makers via LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals and other channels, building long‑term relationships.
• Introduce Talent Rise’s recruitment services and engage prospects through calls and business meetings.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to understand hiring needs and transition new partnerships into active recruitment.
• Maintain ongoing communication, follow up with potential partners, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Required profile

• Professional experience in at least one of the following industries: IT, Finance, Banking, or Investment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
• Proactive, responsible, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
