Sales Specialist – Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

About the role

Sirius Capital is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its growing team in Yerevan. You will be responsible for attracting new clients, building lasting relationships, and promoting the firm’s investment products and services in a fast‑moving financial‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential individual and corporate clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking and other sales channels.
• Present Sirius Capital’s investment products, services and platform capabilities to prospects in a clear, professional manner.
• Convert qualified leads into active clients and support them through the early stages of the client journey.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Gather client needs and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, keep an active sales pipeline and meet defined acquisition, activation and revenue KPIs.
• Record all lead and client interactions accurately in the company’s CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with investment advisors, compliance, marketing and other departments, and participate in client meetings and networking events.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, banking, brokerage or related financial services.
• Proven track record of attracting new clients, developing leads and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Client‑oriented, results‑driven mindset with excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good command of English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
