Senior IT Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Delivery Manager to lead complex IT projects from initiation through successful delivery. The role focuses on applying Agile methodologies to ensure projects meet business objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects using Scrum and Kanban, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional development teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and align with business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience with hands‑on Agile practice.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
