Senior Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Engineer

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a senior engineer to design, deploy and support solutions built with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on enabling citizen developers and non‑technical users across multiple client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable Copilot Studio agents and integrate them with business systems via connectors and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to business users and citizen developers.
• Create training materials, step‑by‑step guides, workshops and technical documentation.
• Define and manage agent lifecycles, from design through governance and maintenance.

Required profile

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
• Strong knowledge of low‑code architecture, governance and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
