Senior Manager, Armenia Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Armenia Operations will define and drive the operational strategy for our Armenia site. You will set the vision for how the site scales, lead a team of operations professionals, and ensure that vendor and budget decisions support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a long‑term operational roadmap that anticipates workforce and facility needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing operations team, delegating execution while maintaining accountability.
• Own vendor strategy and operational spend, selecting partners that align with growth objectives.
• Partner with the VP, Regional Managing Director, and cross‑functional leaders (HR, Communications, Business Strategy) to keep site operations aligned with corporate priorities.
• Continuously evaluate and redesign the operations function as the site expands, making data‑driven recommendations for change.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or workplace leadership, with at least 3 years managing teams.
• Proven track record of leading operations for a large, complex organization.
• Strong people‑leadership skills, able to delegate and develop future leaders.
• Strategic thinking combined with sound operational judgment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience in fast‑growing, dynamic business environments is strongly preferred.
