About the role

Doctors.am is expanding its team and seeks a creative, proactive Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to manage the digital communication and social media presence of the platform and its partner healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Doctors.am website and social media channels.
• Coordinate and manage social media accounts of partner hospitals and medical professionals.
• Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
• Create, publish, and oversee social media content, including reels and video assets.
• Visit healthcare facilities regularly to produce on‑site video content.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to healthcare sites for content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (advantageous).
• Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager for paid campaigns.
