Student Success Manager – Sales & Engagement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Student Success Manager to guide students through their first steps with financial markets, boost engagement, and support practical trading sessions. You will combine sales expertise with a passion for finance to convert demo users into active traders.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels.
• Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms.
• Educate on the benefits of real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and track interactions across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct group webinars and promote additional products/features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto.
• Familiarity with LatAm markets and regional student/customer behavior.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance‑based targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets.
