Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Wirestock is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for its creative project team. You will partner closely with the Head of Growth to define hiring standards and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for project‑based roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for project managers, recruiters, assistants, and operations coordinators.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to define role scopes, write job descriptions, and design interview processes.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and relevant networks.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate final hiring decisions.
• Build and continuously improve a repeatable hiring pipeline as the team scales.
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and early ramp‑up support for new hires.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including hiring project managers.
• Comfortable partnering with hiring managers to align on role needs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Understanding of creative fields such as design, branding, marketing, or content.
• Experience recruiting for project‑based or operations roles (coordinators, assistants, ops).
• Experience supporting a growing team through a scaling phase.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
• Prior experience as a project manager or coordinator is a plus.
