Technical Compliance Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Technical Compliance Specialist to join its Compliance Department. The role bridges compliance, technology, and regulatory reporting, ensuring that transactional data sent to regulators is accurate, complete, and aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical documentation such as API specifications, system architecture diagrams, and XML data structures.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, and Compliance teams to embed regulatory requirements from design through deployment.
• Develop and implement compliance roadmaps for product certification and market entry across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate product audits and technical compliance gap assessments.
• Translate regulatory frameworks into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Identify compliance risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support implementation of compliant solutions.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform compliance checks.
• Monitor data flows and system transactions to ensure continuous compliance.
• Conduct technical reviews of workflows and API/XML integrations using tools like Postman.
• Support the Compliance Manager in preparing internal and regulatory reports.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a technical, IT project management, data analytics, or compliance role, preferably in iGaming, fintech, finance, or another regulated industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple compliance tasks in parallel while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
