About the role
ArMa Global, a membership community for founders, senior executives and investors, is hiring a full-time Ads Manager in Yerevan, Armenia. The role is hybrid, with some work from home, and covers planning, running and optimising digital advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and member acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ad budgets and set up and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyse performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and founders to align ad strategy with business and membership growth goals
- Coordinate creative assets, test ad copy and formats, and ensure consistent brand messaging
Required profile
- Hands-on experience planning, launching and optimising digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing priorities on site and remotely
Required skills
- Analytical mindset: interpreting data and using performance metrics
- Applying A/B testing to improve results
