Sales Manager - Membership Sales

About the role

ArMa Global is a membership-based organization for founders, senior executives and investors looking to grow their businesses, enter new markets or find strategic partners. It is recruiting a full-time, hybrid Sales Manager based in Yerevan, Armenia, with the option to work from home for some tasks. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospect identification and lead qualification to presenting membership offerings and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospects, qualify leads, run discovery conversations and present membership offerings to founders, executives and investors
• Build and maintain a pipeline, develop outreach strategies and manage key accounts
• Nurture long-term relationships that drive member acquisition and retention
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership to align messaging, prepare proposals and membership packages
• Track performance metrics and report sales results
• Attend virtual and in-person member events, gather feedback from prospects and members, and help improve the sales approach and member experience

Required profile

• Strong consultative sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing with senior-level stakeholders
• Experience in account management and relationship building with founders, executives and investors
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; English required, knowledge of Armenian or other languages a plus
• Background in B2B services, professional networks, consulting or membership organizations is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time well and collaborate across functions
