About the role
The CHA Custom Clearance Agent at COLAB Startup Factory manages end‑to‑end customs clearance for import and export consignments. This remote position involves preparing documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review customs documentation for shipments.
- Coordinate with customs authorities and external partners to resolve clearance issues.
- Track shipment status and maintain accurate records of all transactions and filings.
Required profile
- Strong customs brokerage skills, including documentation and compliance.
- Experience with import and export procedures and related documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
