Digital Marketing Specialist - Tourism

About the role

TalentLi Solutions is recruiting an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist for a partner company in the tourism industry. The role is based in Yerevan, Armenia, full-time and on site, Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00 and Saturday 10:00-17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans and strategies.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and Yandex Direct, managing budgets and lead-generation costs.
• Run campaigns for inbound, outbound and domestic tourism, and plan seasonal promotions and travel campaigns.
• Coordinate social media content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, and coordinate graphic designers and video content creators.
• Collaborate with sales and tourism teams, update website content and improve landing pages and conversion processes.
• Monitor campaigns with Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica and advertising tools, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of practical experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience coordinating designers, video editors or other creative specialists.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Armenian, with working knowledge of Russian and English; tourism experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; practical knowledge of Yandex Direct.
• Performance marketing, audience targeting and budget management.
• Social media marketing and content planning.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica.
