Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Andava Digital Marketing Agency helps businesses grow through performance-driven digital strategies and is looking for a results-oriented Senior SEO Specialist to lead pragmatic, outcome-driven SEO work for its clients. The role focuses on practical, high-impact actions that improve search engine rankings, drive organic growth and deliver measurable business results, using both traditional and AI-enhanced SEO tools. It is a full-time in-house position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct actionable keyword research and optimise website content
• Implement on-site SEO improvements for measurable results
• Prepare a quarterly link-building plan and monitor link acquisition progress
• Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, rankings and conversions and adjust accordingly
• Use SEO, AI and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
• Prepare performance reports with clear recommendations
• Stay up to date on SEO trends, AI tools and algorithm updates

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, with expertise in pragmatic, measurable and ROI-focused strategies
• Strong knowledge of on-site SEO and content optimisation
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
• Google Analytics 4
• HTML, CSS and CMS platforms
• G Suite for collaboration, reporting and workflow
• Familiarity with ClickUp is a plus
