Director of Organizational Design, Performance & Transformation

About the role

The Director of Organizational Design, Performance & Transformation is a senior HR leader responsible for shaping Digitain’s total rewards, performance management, job architecture and talent development systems. The role ensures fair, competitive, globally benchmarked compensation, clear career pathways and an agile organizational structure that supports long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern the total rewards strategy, including salary structures, incentive schemes and benefit policies.
• Partner with Finance to budget compensation cycles and bonus pools.
• Adapt and implement KPI frameworks across the group, ensuring consistency and alignment with performance expectations.
• Lead annual incentive review cycles and conduct compensation and job benchmarking against local and global markets.
• Maintain and evolve a structured job architecture with clear job families, grading systems and career progression criteria.
• Design, implement and continuously improve the performance management cycle, driving goal‑setting, evaluations and calibration.
• Develop competency frameworks and career pathways for all job families.
• Lead annual talent reviews, identify high‑potential employees, and create succession plans for critical roles.
• Support major organizational and cultural transformation initiatives through change‑management frameworks and communication strategies.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in total rewards, performance management and organizational design.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and finance teams on strategic workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills for compensation benchmarking, KPI development and talent analytics.
• Experience driving large‑scale change initiatives and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to guide leaders through transformation.
