About the role
Imagine Live, part of the Digitain Group, is seeking a Team Manager to oversee and improve the performance of its studio operations team in Yerevan. The position operates on a rotating shift schedule and focuses on goal setting, performance monitoring, and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Set goals and targets for the team to improve progress.
- Provide individualized support to assess strengths and skills.
- Deliver effective feedback to management and team members.
- Track daily procedural and technical skills, attendance, and apparel compliance.
- Manage daily team activities and produce performance reports.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
- Inspire and motivate team members.
Required profile
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
- Leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Trustworthiness and efficiency.
- Management experience is a plus.
