About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Franchising to design and launch our franchise system from the ground up and steer its ongoing growth. This senior position will be based in Yerevan with a hybrid work arrangement, reporting directly to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Create the franchise model, standards, SOPs and comprehensive manuals.
- Develop the financial framework, including fees, royalties and unit economics.
- Design and implement partner selection, onboarding and support processes.
- Oversee franchise openings and drive future international expansion.
- Lead the franchise function, building and managing a dedicated team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an international franchise company.
- Strong background in quick‑service restaurants (QSR), restaurants, retail or hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in building or managing franchise systems.
- Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.
