Investment Services Specialist

About the role

Evoca is looking for an Investment Services Specialist to support financial analysis, forecasting and securities issuance processes. You will work closely with the Legal and Finance teams to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses, evaluate performance indicators, benchmark industry data and perform risk assessments.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and develop investment proposals.
• Draft prospectuses and submit required documentation to the Central Bank of Armenia and other regulatory bodies.
• Create company presentations and articles on foreign companies based on financial analysis.
• Establish relationships with corporate clients, present Evoca’s products and services, and support securities issuance.
• Register securities through depository systems and assist the Brokerage team as needed.
• Perform market research, comparative analysis and data analysis to aid business decisions.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Economics or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis, reporting or capital markets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Russian.
• Excellent teamwork, professionalism and sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Skills in financial modelling and analysis.
