Junior Tender Specialist

About the role

Bid Craft is a consultancy that supports organisations through the full tender and bid lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to final submission. It is looking for a Junior Tender Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Yerevan, Armenia. The role supports the preparation of tender responses, including collecting and organising bid information, helping with opportunity analysis and drafting and formatting proposal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders for input
• Monitor deadlines and ensure submission materials are accurate and compliant
• Help maintain tender templates and databases
• Contribute to process improvements
• Provide administrative support to senior team members during busy bid cycles

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills: interpreting tender criteria, organising data and supporting strategy development
• Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration with internal teams
• Proposal writing skills, with attention to structure, clarity and consistency
• Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to work to fixed deadlines
• Prior exposure to procurement or bid environments, internships or related administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory

Required skills

• Tender management and procurement knowledge, including tender documentation and basic compliance requirements
• Proficiency with common office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations); willingness to learn tender-specific tools is advantageous
