Microsoft Dynamics 365 Admin - Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator with a focus on revenue systems (SaaS) to support a remote customer project. The role involves evaluating CRM operations, resolving data inconsistencies, and improving AI‑driven workflow understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts, determine appropriate business rules, and reconcile data across platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes, assess impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
