About the role
The Monitoring Specialist will oversee the development and implementation of banking services, focusing on identifying and preventing potential bottlenecks during night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate problematic, suspicious, or fraudulent cases related to banking services and propose corrective measures.
- Identify and verify unscrupulous customers, implementing actions to prevent fraud.
- Implement control measures and participate in related execution processes.
- Conduct reviews and provide professional opinions on companies from a fraud‑risk perspective.
- Monitor fraud risks and prepare periodic reports, opinions, and conclusions.
Required profile
- University degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field.
- At least two years of banking experience.
- Ability to develop and implement projects and perform financial and statistical analyses.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, teamwork, and consultation skills.
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with AS‑Bank 3.0 system.
