About the role

This full‑time remote position focuses on preparing, reviewing, and managing documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage various documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Organize and update document repositories, maintain version control, and create or refine templates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and communicate findings and recommendations.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

  • Experience with document management systems and version control.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, PDF tools).
  • Familiarity with document workflow platforms (a plus).
