Sales Operations Assistant

About the role

Sarvia Group sells B2B software and related services to customers in the US; its sales team is based in the US while this role is based in Armenia and supports the day-to-day organization of the sales process. It is not a cold-calling or hunting role, but a high-trust support position where accuracy, good English, attention to detail and reliability matter more than years of experience. Working hours are 3pm to midnight, on site in Nar-Dos 2.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the CRM up to date with accounts, contacts, opportunities, stages, next steps and notes.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, order forms and other sales documents using existing templates, and check pricing, part numbers, quantities and terms before sending them to customers.
• Process orders and coordinate license, fulfillment and invoice-related tasks.
• Schedule meetings and calls across Armenia and US time zones, and send agendas, recaps and follow-ups when needed.
• Prepare simple weekly reports on pipeline, open quotes, stalled deals and missing documents.
• Research and update contact information, and act as the first point of contact for US salespeople, answering chats and emails during working hours.
• Flag issues early (incorrect pricing, expired quotes, missing POs, duplicate accounts) and suggest improvements to recurring problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (AUA preferred).
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken, and comfortable communicating daily with US-based salespeople.
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
• Able to work consistently during US-overlap hours; previous sales support, sales operations, administrative or similar experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, email, calendars and chat tools.
