Store Manager - Furniture Showrooms

About the role

Vanitar is looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Vitra and Vanitar showrooms in Armenia. The showrooms specialise in premium furniture, flooring, lighting and interior solutions, serving clients who value design, innovation and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to maintain high performance standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, interior designers, architects and business partners.
• Provide professional product consultations and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory and operational processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a premium retail environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in store or showroom management.
• Fluency in Armenian and English, written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, team management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage business operations; customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: previous experience in interior design, furniture, lighting, flooring or luxury retail, knowledge of the luxury market, connections with architects and interior designers, and proficiency in Russian.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general retail management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
