Sales Specialist - Custom Coffee Blends

About the role

SOMA COFFEE, a specialty coffee company based in Yerevan, Armenia, creates custom team blends for companies through employee taste tests and data-driven flavor analysis. It delivers these branded coffee beans monthly to offices and also offers personalized coffee gifts for employees. The Sales Specialist is a part-time, remote role focused on driving new business and supporting existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads and present the company's custom blend solutions to potential customers
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact through closing
• Conduct online product demos and respond to customer inquiries
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams so clients have a smooth onboarding experience
• Monitor customer feedback, identify upsell opportunities and help train client teams on the taste testing and ordering processes

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, with clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues and maintain long-term client relationships
• Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals in a B2B or service-driven environment
• Ability to explain product features as clear value propositions to diverse business customers
• Relevant experience in remote sales or account management, ideally in food, beverage or lifestyle products, is beneficial
• Prior part-time or flexible schedule experience and a consistent, reliable internet connection are advantageous
