Social Media Manager

About the role

Puzzle Creative is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its Yerevan office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on planning, creating and optimizing content across major social platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create, adapt and publish written and visual posts, reels, stories and other formats.
• Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools and adjust campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple social media channels for brands or organizations.
• Strong communication and writing abilities for diverse audiences.
• Background in marketing, communications or a related field is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of content creation processes such as storytelling, reel making and photo shooting.
• Familiarity with Meta advertising to support targeting specialists.
