Treasury and Payments Officer

About the role

Take ownership of daily treasury and payment operations for an international payment services provider. You will ensure accurate reconciliation, manage liquidity and optimise payment routes while working remotely with B2B clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile fiat and crypto transactions daily, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payment orders, process payments and keep an accurate operations log.
• Execute OTC deals, exchange operations and record commissions and revenue.
• Monitor settlement account balances and coordinate liquidity needs with Reconciliation and FP&A teams.
• Maintain contact with B2B clients on payment and settlement matters.
• Optimise crypto and fiat infrastructure costs and payment routes.
• Perform treasury activities across liquidity, FX, trading, staking, hedging and netting.
• Prepare treasury and payment operations reports and monitor key indicators.
• Develop internal procedures, policies and automation for treasury and payment operations.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in financial reconciliation, fiat and crypto payment processing, or related back‑office operations.
• Fluent English (B2) and Russian (C1).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for large datasets (lookup functions, pivot tables, filters, data cleaning).
• Hands‑on experience matching transaction datasets, investigating discrepancies and correcting records.
• Experience with OTC transactions (plus).
