Guest Environment Expert

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will help create memorable experiences for hotel guests by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all guest‑facing areas. You will work at the Courtyard by Marriott in Yerevan, delivering high‑quality housekeeping services in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and ensure all supplies are available.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or be on your feet for extended periods.
