Project Manager – Managed Services

About the role

KX is seeking a Mid/Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of OneTick Managed Services projects. You will work closely with high‑profile clients in the financial sector, guiding projects from onboarding through implementation to ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, implementation, and maintenance phases for Managed Services customers.
• Review and follow up on customer support requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Track project milestones and guarantee deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Conduct regular catch‑up calls with assigned accounts to maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate financial records, track monthly expenses, and verify billing approvals.
• Identify new business opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in project management, preferably in a managed‑services environment.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail, quality orientation, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Availability to work evenings when required.
