R&D: Scrum Master–Mobile Apps

About the role

Digitain, a leading B2B iGaming platform provider, is expanding its Mobile Apps Engineering Team in Yerevan. We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive agility, efficiency, and delivery excellence across our mobile development squads, supporting both iOS and Android products.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to keep backlogs groomed, prioritized and sprint‑ready.
• Track sprint velocity, monitor progress and proactively identify delivery risks.
• Remove blockers and work with engineering leads to resolve technical impediments quickly.
• Coordinate delivery between mobile engineering squads and cross‑functional stakeholders such as design, QA, compliance and platform teams.
• Support Product Owners in communicating sprint progress and release readiness to senior leadership.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the PMO and Head of Mobile to define and maintain DORA metrics and delivery health dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Proven ability to drive delivery of complex mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android development processes.
