Senior Manager, Armenia Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Armenia Operations will define and drive the operational strategy for our Armenia site. You will lead a team of operations professionals, shape vendor relationships, and ensure the site scales efficiently to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for site operations, anticipating future needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing operations team.
• Own vendor strategy and operational budgeting to secure the right partners and resources.
• Partner with senior leaders across HR, Communications, and Business Strategy to align site operations with corporate priorities.
• Continuously evaluate and redesign the operations function as the site expands.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or workplace leadership.
• At least 3 years of direct people‑management experience.
• Proven track record of leading operations for a large, complex organization.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with sound operational judgment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in fast‑growing, dynamic business environments is strongly preferred.
