Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its fast‑growing IT, iGaming and Web3 divisions. You will shape sourcing strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns targeting IT, iGaming and blockchain professionals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives, job fairs and recruitment events.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability and compliance.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as time‑to‑hire and quality‑of‑hire, providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in tech, gaming or blockchain sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple senior‑level openings simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting globally and handling both technical and non‑technical positions.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, DEI best practices and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using recruitment analytics tools.
• Advanced sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and headhunting.
