Procurement Manager – Luxury Hotel Pre‑Opening

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for the upcoming Wyndham Grand Tsaghkadzor, a 5‑star luxury hotel slated to open in summer 2026. This mid‑to‑senior position will work closely with department heads and the pre‑opening team to ensure all goods, materials, and services are obtained on time, within budget, and to the brand’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database and support onboarding documentation.
• Request quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery conditions, warranties, and other commercial terms.
• Conduct supplier comparisons based on price, quality, reliability, lead time, and service.
• Monitor supplier performance, address quality or delivery issues, and develop alternative sources to mitigate risk.
• Ensure procurement activities stay within approved budgets and track purchasing prices for cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support annual and departmental budgeting, bulk purchasing, and preferred‑supplier agreements.
• Track market price fluctuations and communicate significant changes to management.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior level experience in procurement, preferably within hospitality or luxury hotel environments.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for cost control, budgeting, and market monitoring.
• Excellent collaboration with cross‑functional teams during a pre‑opening phase.
